Detailed description of the works Hi. Hope all is well. I would like to inquire about converting my attic space into a bedroom. Could you please let me know an estimate of the costs and timeline, as well as your availability. Inclusions and exclusions. Any planning permission or regulations I should be aware of and have in place prior to works. I do not require a bathroom, only standard electrical works, staircase, roof windows, insulation, heating etc. The aim is to create a comfortable, and functional living area. I do have heavy furniture that I am hoping to place there safely. Measurements of the attic are approximately 5m x 5m. The attic already has floorboards, and the house is a terraced two-storey property with the attic as the third level. Location of the house - Kenmare. I should also mention that other houses in the estate already have attic conversations completed, and the properties have been built by the developers with this future possibility in mind. Thank you.
